Lucia is a freelance project manager for arts charity Create.

Create provides creative projects for vulnerable groups, aiming to empower lives, reduce isolation and enhance wellbeing through the arts. As a project manager, Lucia works with facilitators and community partners to deliver these projects.

She has worked on Change:matters - a project teaching young carers about financial literacy through drama - and Creative:voices - photography with adult carers.
